This includes using Customer Content, Deliverables, property data, listing data, usage data, workflow activity, feedback, and related information to develop, train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, validate, maintain, improve, and operate machine-learning models, artificial-intelligence systems, automation tools, quality-control systems, analytics systems, and related product features.
We may also use Customer Content to create edited images, enhanced images, virtually staged images, virtual renovation renderings, virtual twilight images, listing descriptions, compliance outputs, quality-control outputs, reports, analytics, recommendations, and other deliverables, outputs, or results generated or provided through the Services.
Where appropriate, we may use Customer Content, Deliverables, and related information in aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, or otherwise non-customer-identifying form for analytics, benchmarking, product development, model development, quality improvement, and business purposes.
Customer Content may contain personal information, including information visible in photos, videos, documents, property materials, or listing materials. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload Customer Content and to allow us to process it as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
You should not upload sensitive personal information, confidential documents, images of individuals, personal belongings, license plates, financial documents, identification documents, or other private information unless you have the necessary rights and consents to do so.
We may remove, mask, exclude, de-identify, or decline to process Customer Content that we believe may contain sensitive, private, infringing, or unauthorized material.
